• Do NOT show up without an appointment. You will be asked to leave until your scheduled appointment time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. 
• A valid ID is required for all appointments. 
• Any fees due are CASH ONLY, no exceptions. 
• Transporters must be able to show BOL if asked.
